Senior Web/Flash Designer

Job Description:

Responsible for creative design and management of websites and web-applications for US Clients.
Will provide design framework using Graphic design/Illustration/Flash tools for static websites, web applications, flash presentations, flash demos, etc. Will create high-end designs and lead designers and developers for implementation.
Manage Junior Designer and work with the team of Software Developer.

Candidate Profile:

Extensive experience and expertise in Graphic Design, Web development, Multimedia/Flash using Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash/Actionscript, InDesign, and other high-end design tools.
Strong creative skills to design high-end web sites, flash presentations are a must.
Must have an existing portfolio of high-end web site/flash work.
Good communication, strong English, and leadership skills are critical.
