Technical Business Analyst - Part time

Basic (Must-have) :

• Should have good Knowledge/experience of programming languages like SQL, WebAPi, and system integration solutions.
• The candidates should have knowledge/experience of frontend and backend technologies.
• Should have strong experience in Technical documentation.
• Contribute to product vision and design product roadmap.
• Make decisions on which features to add or revise for the new product version.
• Analyze data from market research, competitive analyses, and user feedback.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
• The candidate should have strong experience in Wireframing designs and should have experience in wireframe design tools like Balsamiq/ figma/Axure etc
• Experience in auditing internal controls and evaluating internal control deficiencies
• Experience leading and managing IT projects
• Capable of planning and organizing work and processes; ability to self-direct multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to cooperate and have the interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member.
• Motivation to provide excellent internal and external customer service Qualifications
• MBA in Information Systems, B Tech/B Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with programming languages like .Net or Java

Preferred skills :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience as a Software Developer /QA will be a plus.
• Experience in the IT industry will be a plus
