Manoj helped start our India office in 2001, and since then, has been managing all day-to-day operations there with a smile on his face. He has become an expert at human resource management, strategic planning and finance – just to name a few. Although he is somewhat soft-spoken, he is a true leader who knows how to motivate his team and get the job done. His ability to anticipate challenges helps him proactively find solutions to process problems, which ultimately keeps gate6 functioning like a well-oiled machine.
